On the third day

Saas Fee is a ‘traffic-free’ village.  Cars are not allowed, and instead, electric buggies take people around the place.

Allalin

The third day was the only poor day.  We went up to Allalin, at 3500m, where the temperature was minus 24 and you could feel the altitude.  We both fell twice on reds, and lost confidence.  My fall was rather good – head-over-heals for 20 metres.

Morenia

It ws too cold to sit outside.  Fortunately, the Swiss being sensible people, there was a smokers area inside.

Even the blue 4b home was difficult that day.

  1. You’ll be able to go on holiday to Antartica next. You could try chasing tornadoes in your caravanette before the tinks destroy it. You could try water boarding. I hear that’s going to be popular next year. Hotboy

  2. All excellent ideas, Hotboy.

  3. If only Mrs M could have filmed your fall.
