It’s only a couple of weeks or so until I go to the Royal Albert Hall to see The Beach Boys.
If you listen very closely below, at 2:19 Bri is still managing to do new stuff to a very old song. Mike’s bass voice is good. Jeffrey Foskett, in the background, keeps things together. Unlike when we saw some of them at Edinburgh Castle, Brucie doesn’t bend down to tie his shoe-laces mid song, but Al Jardine does seem to be distracted by his water bottle at one point.
