The Monkey Sessions is the band that Shaun plays bass in. Here they are at the Three Monkeys Bar. The lighting wasn’t great!
The band that played after the Monkey Sessions were very funny, very drunk and not without talent. They were called the Stoned Holy Rollers. Their manager spoke to me while they were playing, and assured me that they will become big in 2013.

It’s an age thing, then. The Manager told me he used to be a rock star in the 1980s, and that although the band was called the ‘Stoned Holy Rollers’ they didn’t take drugs. I said “You mean you can get into that state without drugs?” That was at the point when the boy kept sticking his harmonica into the speaker to get feedback and was completely tangled up in the microphone stand and cable, which I helped him out of.
