  1. Property developers in NSC say anything to get planning permission, then build whatever they like. The developers know there’s never any follow up. If your street was in NSC, the plan would be for 4 flats and a community centre, then you’d end up with 60 flats, with the community centre quietly shelved.

    PS Your readers might like to know which party runs your council.

  2. It’s all about statistics. Someone decides that x number of houses need to be built.

    Where shall we put them?
    No idea!
