At the lunch which was provided as part of the Stone Forrest day trip, there was a chap at the table who’d just got married and was on his honeymoon (accompanied by his parents, who are in the photo below). Anyway, it turned out that he’d done a Masters at Heriot-Watt in 2007. It’s a small world.
After the previous night’s experience of fiery chicken with bones, we decided to play it safe and go to a restaurant with a picture-book menu.
Our choice was more conservative – duck, courgettes, beef and mĭfàn.
