Yesterday, the statistics for this blog showed it had gone past the 100,000 page view mark! I think that’s not bad for a retirement blog about nothing in particular except what crops up.
The most popular post, by far, has been: Where to find new scholarly research papers: 30 key, free websites, which to date has been viewed over 15,000 times. Every day, people land on that page when searching Google or other search engines for terms such as: website for new research papers, and there are several libraries which have linked to it.
Another popular post has been You’ll like this a lot: a customisable current awareness service with a super-admin-user (that’s you!) which is about the JournalTOCs Premium service.
I’m pleased that Walks in Mallorca – Sóller, Biniaraix, Fornalutx & Mirador de Ses Barques has been a popular post. People hopefully find it of use when planning walking trips to Mallorca. Perpetuating some myths of the Highland Clearances has also been viewed a few hundred times. It is one of the posts that I put a lot of time into researching.
So far, there have been 800 posts and 3,198 Comments made on this blog.
Thank you, readers, for coming here and reading my stuff!
