We enjoyed the final evening of this year’s Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival. There were four short films: All Roads Lead to Scotland; Maybe; Operation Moffat; and Meet on a Hill.
These were followed by an entertaining talk by Dave MacLeod.
Some of the films and slides gave me vertigo. I don’t know how people can make themselves ski down a near-vertical slope, or climb up a vast wall where the finger grips are about 1 cm deep.
