The past week has seen fantastic weather in Scotland, so I drove up to Glenorchy and climbed Stob a’ Choire Odhair, my 82nd Munro. I’m always careful when walking in the hills by myself. It would only take a twisted ankle to get into trouble, so I keep to main routes.
I parked the campervan near Loch Tulla, and in the evening there were some unexpected visitors to my campsite. You can see them in the short movie above. Unfortunately, I was walking on rough ground when I filmed them, so the movie is quite shaky at that point.
Despite being warm and calm in the glen, it was really windy at the top of the mountain the next morning, as you can hear from the movie clip.
